a Hereford-based street food business all about serving up seriously good loaded fries. What started as a simple idea has grown over the years into a menu we’re really proud of, built through plenty of testing, tweaking, and a love for bold flavours.
You’ll find us in our custom-built food trucks, where we’re set up to serve high-quality street food quickly and consistently — whether it’s a busy festival, private event, or local pop-up. No matter the setting, we keep things simple: great food, done right.

THE FOOD
It’s all about the fries. We use quality potatoes, cooked in 100% rapeseed oil until they’re perfectly crispy, then coat them in our homemade seasoning. From there, it’s all about the toppings — stacked, flavour-packed, and designed to hit the spot.
We’ve spent years building a menu that balances crowd favourites with a few twists, and we’ve made sure there are options for different dietary needs without cutting corners on flavour. Simple, satisfying, and properly loaded.

OUR ETHOS
We care about what we serve and how we serve it. That means working with suppliers we trust, using quality ingredients, and making sure as many people as possible can enjoy what we do. We offer gluten-free, nut-free, and vegetarian options, so no one has to miss out.
Sustainability is also a big focus for us. We use compostable packaging and make the effort to recycle our cooking oil, cardboard, and plastics. We know street food can be fast-paced, but we still believe it should be responsible.
